Baked to order our feta, capsicum and asparagus fritatta's are an absolute delight and a great addition to any menu. We use market fresh produce, farm fresh free range eggs and traditional Greek feta to make these little gems. Best served at ambient temperature, our fritatta's may be also served hot or cold depending on your preference.
Storage: Store in a fridge operating below 5°C.
Serving Instructions: When you’re ready to serve, remove the plastic wrapping from the platter and enjoy with your guests! If you prefer to serve them warm please read our recommendations below.
Heating Recommendations
- Pre-heat your oven to 160°C
- Remove plastic and foil wrapping (without tearing foil)
- Remove plastic sauce containers from the platter and cover the platter with the foil wrapping
- Place the platter in your oven for 6-8 minutes or until food is warm. Avoid direct contact with oven heating elements or open flames as platters are flammable.
- Remove the platter from the oven, remove foil and place sauce containers back in the platter
- Serve & enjoy with your guests!
CAUTION: Take extra precaution when placing food in ovens. Platters are flammable and should not come into direct contact with heating elements or open flames. No liability is accepted by CanapeMe for handling, storage or heating of product once delivery is accepted. If you believe there is a chance that platters may come into contact with open flames or heating elements we recommend removing food from platters and placing food on baking trays lined with baking paper. Cover food with foil and continue to follow the heating recommendations above.
