Peking duck crepes are by far the most popular item at any finger food event. Be warned if you select this item please ensure you order extra as they will most probably be eaten before you get a chance to try them! Our crepes include Traditionally cooked Chinese Peking duck, shallots, cucumber and hoi sin sauce.
Storage: Store in a fridge operating below 5°C.
Serving Instructions: When you’re ready to serve, remove the plastic wrapping from the platter and any lids on internal sauce containers and enjoy with your guests!

Platters should always be placed on flat surfaces and never tilted as presentation of products within platters may be affected.
